Payton gets soooooo excited whenever he sees one so to get to actually touch it and sit on it was way cool!!!
The joys of a sleeping child! Napping in the car with puppy and "nigh, nigh." Before the trip we discovered that Payton no longer fits in a playpen...so we got a glimpse of what it will be like when he is in a toddler bed. We had him sleep on a futon matress next to our bed. Let's just say that he decided naps during the day we optional because everyone else was up having fun.
Hiking up at Snow Canyon with the crew. We let Payton out of the backpack for a little while, he had to stop and check out everything. It took a little more time, but he loved the freedom.

Payton got out of the pool to get his life jacket. He only took a few steps then quickly squatted down because he was cold and wouldn't move. It was very funny. He loved being tossed in the air by daddy. He is definately a thrill seeker.

Every time I wash the sheets and attempt to fold them, Payton gets really excited and quickly runs over and lays down on them. Watch the clip to find out why (sorry it is sideways)...

I am so glad that we got to see you guys when you came down! I absolutely LOVE that picture of Payton sleeping in the backpack thing! That is crazy, he must have been exausted! The video is funny! I just sat here and laughed to myself while watching...I love it!
